Shipping Policy

Car Candie delivers nationwide across South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery is estimated to take 8–11 business days after order processing. Your estimated total timeframe is therefore approximately 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping fees

Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Please contact Car Candie as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the relevant details will be sent using the contact information supplied with your order. Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after dispatch.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Car Candie with your order number. We’ll review the available tracking information and assist with the courier enquiry.

Failed delivery attempts

Additional delivery charges may apply when an order is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, the recipient was unavailable, or delivery was refused.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives broken or faulty, contact Car Candie as soon as possible and provide your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full terms.
